This policy explains how we commission, research, write, review and correct everything we publish. It applies to every article, explainer, report and newsletter on this site.

Who we are

The blog is published by Faida Workforce, a company that builds and operates specialised AI employees for businesses. Our editorial team combines practitioners who deploy AI agents in production with writers who translate that experience into plain language. We are a commercial publisher: we sell AI workforce services, and we are transparent about that. Our commercial interest never overrides accuracy.

Purpose and scope

We write to inform and educate. Our aims are to:

explain emerging AI capabilities, standards and risks in language a business reader can act on;

separate verified developments from vendor marketing and hype;

document what actually works — and what fails — when AI agents are deployed in real organisations;

give readers the sources they need to check our work themselves.

Editorial independence

Editorial decisions are made independently of our sales and commercial teams. Articles are published because they are useful to readers, not because they promote a product. Where we write about our own services, the relationship is disclosed clearly in the article itself.

Source diversity. No single vendor, laboratory or company may be the sole source for more than 30% of the articles we publish in any calendar month. We keep a monthly note of the distribution of our sources and publish it on request.

No promotional placement. Coverage is not traded for commercial terms, and no advertiser, client or partner is given advance sight of an article.

Sourcing and attribution

Every factual claim is attributable. Statistics, study findings, model capabilities and company announcements must be traceable to a named, linked source — a paper, a filing, an official documentation page, a dataset or a named expert.

Primary sources first. We prefer original research, official documentation and direct statements over second-hand summaries.

Full source lists. Articles end with a complete list of the sources used, linked.

No invented facts. We do not publish invented statistics, fabricated quotations or “illustrative” figures presented as real. If a number cannot be verified, we describe the trend qualitatively instead.

Quote provenance. Every quotation is linked to where it was actually said — the paper, filing, transcript, recording or official post — never to a roundup that repeats it. We state who said it, in what role, and when.

Numbers carry their own evidence. Every figure is published with its primary source, the date it refers to, and its scope or sample. Where those cannot be established, we say so and describe the trend qualitatively instead.

Quotations are used as spoken or written. We do not attribute words to real people that they did not say.

Dated, backfilled and archival pieces

We sometimes publish a piece that belongs to an earlier date — a retrospective, an anniversary, or an article backfilled to a past publishing date so a series reads in sequence. The same standards apply, with two additions:

Contemporaneous sources. Every source must have been published on, or within 48 hours of, the date the piece belongs to. A reader can therefore check what was known at that time.

Stable and archived links. Where a source may change or disappear, we link an archived copy as well, so the claim stays verifiable years later.

No re-dating. We never move old news forward and present it as new, and we never change an article’s date to imply it was written later than it was. A backfilled piece states its own source dates in the text.

Use of AI in our own work

We use AI tools in our production process — for research assistance, drafting, editing and illustration — and we say so openly:

Human accountability. Every article is reviewed, fact-checked and approved by a named member of the editorial team before publication. A human editor is always responsible for what is published.

Verification is human. Source verification, quotation checking and any factual claim are confirmed by a person, never accepted from an AI tool without checking.

Model disclosure. Each article’s footer records which AI model assisted in its production and the date of that assistance, alongside this AI-use statement.

Images. Illustrations are either licensed photography or AI-generated original graphics. AI-generated images are used as editorial illustration only — never to depict a real person in a misleading way or to represent a real event that did not happen. Credits appear with each image.

No AI-generated quotations or sources. We do not publish AI-generated quotes attributed to real people, nor AI-fabricated references.

Accuracy, corrections and clarifications

Corrections. When we get something material wrong we correct the article promptly and note the change at the foot of the piece, including the date and what changed.

Clarifications. Where wording could mislead without being factually wrong, we clarify it and note that too.

Corrections log. A dated public record of corrections is maintained on this site at our corrections page, and linked from every article.

Reporting an error. Anyone can ask for a correction by contacting us; we respond to every request and will not quietly delete a disputed claim.

Authorship and bylines

Articles carry a byline identifying the author or, for team-written pieces, the Faida Workforce editorial team. Guest contributions are labelled as such. Bylined authors are real people who worked on the article.

Editorial accountability record

Every article carries a named editor who reviewed and approved it before publication, recorded in our publishing system. That record is the evidence behind our human-accountability promise: if a piece is ever published without it, we treat that as a process failure, fix the record, and say so in the corrections log.

Sponsored, partner and promotional content

Where content is commissioned or sponsored, or where it promotes Faida Workforce’s own services, that relationship is disclosed prominently. Sponsors have no influence over the editorial content of independent articles.

Standards we hold ourselves to

Fairness. We give subjects a fair opportunity to respond before publishing criticism.

Privacy. We do not publish private information, and we handle reader data in line with our privacy policy.

Evidence over novelty. We would rather be a week slow and right than first and wrong.

Plain language. If a reader needs a glossary, we have explained it poorly.

Review of this policy

We review this policy at least annually, and whenever our practices change. Significant changes are dated below.

Change log. 15 September 2026 — added quote provenance, the numbers-evidence rule, the sourcing standard for dated and backfilled pieces, per-article model disclosure, the named-editor accountability record, a live public corrections log, and the 30% single-source diversity guardrail.

Contact

Questions, corrections and feedback: please use our contact page or talk to us through the concierge on any page of this site.

Last updated: 15 September 2026 The Faida Workforce Blog publishes analysis, research and practical guidance on artificial intelligence, AI agents and the changing shape of work.…

["post-6","page","type-page","status-publish","hentry
["GET
