This AI Services Disclaimer (“Disclaimer”) applies to the AI employees, website concierges, chat widgets, portals and all related services (together, the “AI Services”) provided by Faida Workforce (operated by Faida Workforce) through faidaworkforce.com. Please read it together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By using any of our AI Services, you accept this Disclaimer.
1. Our AI employees and concierges are artificial intelligence
Our AI employees and website concierges are software powered by artificial intelligence. Terms such as “employee”, “assistant”, “agent” and “concierge” are descriptive branding only. They are not human beings, are not employed by us or by you, and do not have the legal capacity to contract, make commitments, or bind any person or company.
2. AI output may be wrong — verify before you rely on it
AI can make mistakes, including producing information that is inaccurate, incomplete, outdated or entirely invented. You should not rely on any AI output without independent verification, and you are solely responsible for any decision or action you take based on it. This is especially important for anything involving money, health, safety, contracts, legal rights, or professional advice.
3. Not professional advice
Nothing an AI employee or concierge says is legal, financial, tax, medical, investment or other professional advice. For concierges trained on a client’s website content, all information originates from that client’s materials; we do not independently verify it and are not responsible for its accuracy.
4. No warranties
The AI Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted, error-free operation. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time. Internet, hosting and third-party AI infrastructure outages can occur.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Faida Workforce shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the AI Services or from any AI output. Where a client publishes AI output on their own website or elsewhere, that client is responsible for that content and for any reliance placed on it by third parties.
6. Your content and training rights
Where an AI employee or concierge is trained on a client’s website, documents or other materials, the client warrants that they own or have the right to use those materials and to let us process and store them for training and operation of the AI Services. You retain ownership of your own content.
7. Data and transcripts
Chats with our AI Services may be recorded, stored and emailed as transcripts, and usage may be monitored, as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the AI Services you consent to this processing.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the AI Services for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to extract internal system information, to probe or disrupt the services, or to generate or publish harmful, defamatory or infringing content. We may suspend access that violates these rules.
9. Third-party websites and visitors
Website concierges may be embedded on third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content, practices or policies of those sites. Visitors who chat with an embedded concierge do so through that site’s operator, subject to this Disclaimer and the operator’s own terms.
10. Changes to this Disclaimer
We may update this Disclaimer from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, and your continued use of the AI Services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Disclaimer.
