The contact details you leave with a concierge (name, email address, WhatsApp number) are kept as a business contact record so we can answer you and keep our records accurate — it is the conversation itself, not the contact record, that is deleted. Enquiry, account and payment records are kept while your account is active and afterwards for as long as we need them for accounting, tax and legal purposes. You can ask us to delete your data sooner, and we will confirm when we have done so, except where the law requires us to keep a record.
