Partner Programme Terms
These are the commercial terms of the Faida Workforce Partner Programme. They apply from the moment your application is approved and govern every referral you make.
1. Commission
30% of the client’s FIRST paid month, then a recurring 10% of every paid month, for up to 24 monthly payments per client. You earn 30% of the first monthly invoice a referred client pays, and 10% of each monthly invoice after that. The commission repeats every month until that client reaches 24 paid months, and then it stops for that client — it is not a lifetime share and it does not restart.
You earn 10% of the plan price the client pays each month (and 30% of the first one) for every referred customer who becomes a paying customer. The rate is the same on every plan, and the cap is per client (not per partner):
| Plan | Client pays / month | Month 1 (30%) | Then / month | Year 1 | Maximum (24 months) |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $29.95 | $8.99 | $3.00 | $41.93 | $77.87 |
| Growth | $59.95 | $17.99 | $6.00 | $83.93 | $155.87 |
| Pro | $99.95 | $29.99 | $10.00 | $139.93 | $259.87 |
| Website Concierge | $49.95 | $14.99 | $5.00 | $69.93 | $129.87 |
| Human/AI Website Blogs | $79.95 | $23.99 | $8.00 | $111.93 | $207.87 |
Our headline: 10 Pro clients = $2,598.70 over 24 months — hit the 15% tier and it becomes $3,748.10.
1 Pro client = 30% in month 1 ($29.99), then $10.00/mo → $259.87 over 24 months. 10 Pro clients = $99.95/mo → $2,598.70 — and $3,748.13 once you hit the 15% tier. Those two lines are potential earnings derived from the plan prices and the rates in this document, assuming every referred client pays every month for the full 24-month cap. They are not a promise, a projection or an average, and they are not a minimum: a referral that never becomes a paying client earns nothing.

Figures are potential earnings, worked straight from the published programme maths: 30% of the client’s first paid month, then 10% of every paid month for up to 24 paid months per client, and 15% from the accrual after you pass 10 active paying clients. They assume every referred client stays and pays every month for the whole cap — they are not a promise, a forecast or an average, and the $1 trial is never commissionable.
Plans are priced in US dollars. If a plan price changes, the commission on new referrals is calculated on the new price from the date of the change. A referred client stops generating commission after their 24th paid monthly invoice, even if they remain a customer, and optional add-ons billed outside the plan are never commissionable.
2. The 15% tier
15% from the accrual after you pass the threshold. Once you are credited with 10 active paying clients — or $500 a month in referred revenue — your rate on new accruals becomes 15%, still capped at 24 paid months per client.
- Active paying client means a distinct referred client with a commissionable payment in the last 90 days.
- Either qualifier is enough on its own: 10 active clients, or $500 a month in referred revenue.
- The tier applies only from the accrual after the threshold is met. It is never applied retroactively, and commissions already accrued at 10% are never recalculated.
- Whoever crosses the threshold first decides the rate on the next accrual. If the active client count later falls back below 10 and referred revenue is also below the qualifier, the next accrual returns to 10%.
- On Pro, the tier rate is $14.99 a month — $194.90 in year 1, $374.81 across the full cap.
3. What is excluded
- The $1 activation trial is never commissionable. It is a trial, not a month of service.
- Optional add-ons — extra AI employees and extra integrations billed separately from a plan — are excluded.
- Taxes, currency conversion differences and any payment fees charged by the payment provider are excluded.
- Usage top-ups, one-off services and any charge that is not a plan's monthly subscription are excluded.
- Monthly invoices after a client's 24th paid month are excluded: the cap is per client, and it ends the commission for that client.
4. When a commission is triggered
A commission accrues for the referred customer's monthly plan payment each month it clears — the monthly charges that follow the trial period. The $1 activation trial itself never creates a commission.
Each paid monthly invoice books one commission row for that client, at 10% (or 15% once the tier threshold is met), until that client reaches 24 paid months. The 24-month cap is counted per client: a single client's 24th paid month is the last one that earns you anything, and invoices after it accrue nothing.
Only the plan subscription is commissionable. Add-ons billed separately, usage top-ups and any non-subscription charge are excluded, and a referral that never converts to a paying customer earns nothing.
5. Confirmation hold and refunds
Every commission is held for 14 days after the monthly payment it belongs to before it is confirmed, so that a refund requested within our standard refund window can be settled first. A commission shows as due during the hold and approved once the hold passes.
- If that month's payment is refunded during the hold, the commission for that month is void — nothing is owed. The cap counts paid months, so a refunded month does not consume one of the 24.
- If the customer simply cancels after paying, every commission for the months actually paid stands.
- If a refund is issued after a commission has already been paid, the amount is recoverable and may be offset against your next payout.
6. Tracking and attribution
When you are approved we email your unique referral link. Attribution works as follows:
- Opening your link records the referral against your partner account.
- If a visitor arrives through more than one partner's link, the last click wins.
- Your referral code can be typed in at checkout, which attributes the referral even when the link was not used.
- A referral is attached to the customer at the point they sign up. It cannot be claimed retroactively for a customer who signed up before your link was used.
7. Payouts
PayPal only. We pay partner commissions by PayPal and by no other method, which is why a PayPal email address is required when you apply.
- Minimum payout: $50. Below that, your confirmed balance accumulates and is paid as soon as it reaches the minimum.
- Monthly batch on the 1st. Each month, on the 1st, every confirmed commission over the minimum is batched and paid to your PayPal account.
- Only commissions that have passed the 14-day confirmation hold are included in a batch.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your PayPal email address and for any tax you owe on your earnings.
- Payouts may be capped per partner per month; anything above the cap is carried into the next batch.
8. Chargebacks and reversals
A chargeback, reversal, fraud claim or any other reversal of a customer's payment voids the associated commission, whether or not it has been paid, and the amount may be deducted from future payouts. Fraudulent or abusive referrals — including incentivised sign-ups that never intended to use the service, fake accounts, or referrals generated by spam — void all affected commissions and may end your participation.
9. Fair use, no self-referral
- The cap is per client. A client is attributed to one partner and can earn that partner at most 24 monthly commissions, whatever plan they are on and however long they stay.
- No self-referral. You may not refer yourself, your own business, or an account that shares your email, PayPal account or business domain. Self-referrals are void.
- Referring accounts you control, or coordinated sign-ups that never intended to use the service, in order to extract commission is a breach of these terms and may void all of your commissions.
10. Suspension, removal and changes to these terms
- Participation is by review. We may decline an application, or suspend or end a partnership, at our discretion, for example for breaches of these terms, for misleading promotion of Faida Workforce, or where we cannot reasonably verify a referral.
- Commissions already confirmed at the point of suspension remain payable. Commissions not yet confirmed may be voided.
- We may change these terms. Material changes are notified by email to the address you applied with, with reasonable notice before they take effect. Referrals made before the change keep the terms that applied when they were made.
- These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Faida Workforce is registered.
